Order Cancellation:

Immediate Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately, and a shipping label is generated and paid for. This swift processing ensures quick delivery but also means orders cannot be canceled post-purchase.

Order Already Shipped? If you change your mind after your order is dispatched but before you've received it, please wait for the delivery. Once received, you can then initiate a return based on our return policy. Should you contact us before the product has left our facility, we may attempt to halt the shipment, but the shipping costs are non-refundable and also requires a restocking fee of 25%

Initiate the Return:
Obtaining RMA: For any return, you must first acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This helps us track and efficiently manage returns. To get an RMA, please reach out to our Customer Support desk by emailing us at info@deletedepot.com Without a valid RMA, we can't process your return.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
- Exhausts & Race Pipes: If you find that your item is damaged, we'll either send you a replacement part or, in severe damage cases, a completely new product. If you receive an incorrect item, don't worry: Contact us right away and we will make right.
- EGR Kits: If your EGR kit arrives damaged or incomplete, we'll ensure you get the necessary replacement parts. Receive the wrong kit? We'll dispatch the correct one immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.
Refunds and Credits:

Post-Return Inspection: To uphold our quality standards, we inspect all returned items before processing any refunds, gift cards, or exchanges.
